My experience was awesome! Via chat I spoke with (name escapes me) customer service rep for an hour or so. He was very patient experienced and helpful in every way. My order was custom which made it a little tedious on my part. When my order arrived, very quickly I might add. It was in a cardboard tupe...no creases yay! I was in awe with the quality on the CANVAS. The image was 'spot on' like a painting. In fact my sister thought I painted it. The dimensions were perfect. I have plans for another order soon. I'm for real and not a paid spokesman. Lol

the experience was fantastic from beginning to end - from the customer service directly on your site, to actually delivery (which was much quicker than i expected), to the product itself. Installation was another matter - it was easy to do, we're just not pros, so i'm seeing a lot of air bubbles now, but i have already recommended your site to several other people. great job, folks!

It took me forever to settle on our final choice but it's up now and looks wonderful! The customer service handled by Shawn was courteous and professional, he went the extra mile with all my questions. The measuring and centering took more time than the actual application which went so easily. I can't say enough good things about the customer service and the product.

I ordered a custom print from a photo, and they were able to take out the date which my camera added...without any trace of the numbers at all! I really expected it to be a shadow or something, but seriously, you can't tell at all! GREAT WORK!
