We place a saw tooth hanger on the back that is placed perfectly in the middle of the canvas to allow easy installation.

- What is the difference between solid canvas and stretched canvas wraps?

Our solid canvas wrap is the strongest canvas wrap on the market. The canvas is laminated to a rigid surface and the back is shielded by a black solid board which acts as a dust cover. Our solid canvas wraps will not stretch or warp over time.
Our stretched canvas wraps are made by stretching our canvas over wood stretcher bar frame. This is the “traditional” production method of canvas wraps. All of our stretched canvas wraps are 1.5” thick and made with the highest quality artist canvas.

- What is your return policy?

The workmanship of your product is guaranteed. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
For damaged or defective products, please follow the instructions below and we will quickly send you a replacement.
- Take a photo of the damaged item; please include a photo of the box if it was damaged.
- Send your photos via email to us at: [email protected]. Be sure to include the full name on the order, your order number, and a brief description of the damage.
- We will email you next business day confirming your replacement and then produce and ship out your new mural.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.
Exchanges
Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your order for a mural of equal value at no additional charge.
Refunds
If your mural is damaged or incorrect you may receive a full refund for your product. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 60 days from the ship date.

- How Do I Clean My Canvas?

Light dusting is all your canvas will need for cleaning. If and accident happens you can use soap and water or light cleaning agents to rub off the spill. No HARSH cleaners should be used.

Yes, we do offer rolled or unstretched canvases.
- How do I hang my Canvas?

A saw tooth hanger is installed on the back of all our canvas wraps. Hammer a nail in the wall and place the saw tooth hanger on the back of the canvas on the nail.
